The foregoing obligations do not apply with respect to any Claim based on or arising from (a) your unauthorized or illegal use of the Services, (b) your breach of this Agreement or any applicable Order Form or other contract between you and Qualified, (c) your use of the Services combined with products, services, processes, content, or materials not supplied by Qualified, or (d) the unauthorized use of the Services by a third party using your User information.</p> <p>
