3. <strong>Use of Phone Service.</strong> </p> <p>a. <u>Unlawful Use.</u> Customer will not use the Phone Service for any unlawful purpose, or for any use which Customer has not obtained all required governmental approvals, authorizations, licenses, consents and permits. Nor will Customer use any features, functions, or other inputs to the Phone Service (including the features, functions and services of a third party) for any unlawful purpose, or for any use which Customer has not obtained all required governmental approvals, authorizations, licenses, consents and permits.
