You may terminate these Terms at any time by ceasing use of the Service but You will not receive any refund of prepaid fees for the current subscription period, if applicable. Toodledo additionally may terminate these Terms on thirty (30) days written notice to You if You breach any of these Terms and the breach remains uncured at the end of such thirty (30) day period.
