"All disputes brought by the Parties regarding this Agreement shall be resolved by correspondence and negotiations using an out-of-court (complaint) procedure. If the Parties are unable to come to an agreement by means of negotiations within sixty (60) calendar days after the other Party receives a written complaint, any interested party shall submit the dispute to a regular court in whose jurisdiction the Licensor is located"
