"The validity term of this Agreement will be automatically extended for each subsequent year if before expiration of the validity term: The Licensor does not make a decision to amend the provisions of this Agreement, to sign a new agreement with Licensees, discontinuing administration and maintenance of the Social Network and to cease access thereto, to terminate this Agreement with respect to the Licensee or to discontinue access of the Licensee to the Social Network."
