"The Licensor shall not resolve disputes or conflicts arising between Licensees or third parties that published Applications on the Social Network with the consent of the Licensor, in the course of such Applications use by Licensees. However, the Licensor, at its own discretion, may assist in the resolution of any conflicts that arise. "
