These Terms of Service shall be interpreted and construed as if both parties jointly wrote it, and shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.</p> <p>Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this contract, including any questions regarding its existence, validity or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the London Court of International Arbitration Rules, which are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this clause.
