Jurisdiction and Applicable Law <p>Except to the extent applicable law, if any, provides otherwise, this Agreement, any access to or use of our Services and all disputes, claims or other matters arising from or relating to your use of our Services will be governed by the laws of the Province of Prince Edward Island and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to this Agreement.
