You and TikTok agree that the Irish courts shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with the Terms or their subject matter or formation subject only to any applicable mandatory law in the country in which you reside or choice of jurisdiction provisions that cannot be varied by contract.
