THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE CONSTRUED AND ENFORCED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF USA, WITHOUT REFERENCE TO ITS CONFLICTS OF LAW PRINCIPLES. The courts located in Maryland, USA shall have exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any dispute arising out of this Agreement and each party hereby expressly consents to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
