Singapore. ,all rights, duties, and obligations under this SaaS Agreement or such ,Order will be brought before and are subject to the exclusive ,jurisdiction of the courts of the State of New York, United States of ,of the parties to enforce or interpret the provisions of this SaaS ,Agreement, the prevailing party will be entitled to reasonable ,attorneys’ fees, in addition to any other relief to which that party may ,be entitled.
