These Terms and any action related thereto including but not limited to any dispute, controversy, difference, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Game, or any related service, including the existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach or termination thereof or any dispute regarding non-contractual obligations arising out of or relating to these Terms, the App, or any related service (collectively, “<strong>Disputes</strong>”) will be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act, federal arbitration law, and the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
