Except as set forth in Subsection (v) below, these Terms are to be governed by and interpreted under California law, without regard to its conflict of law principles. This&nbsp. governing law provision is limited to specifying the choice of law to be used in the governance and interpretation of these Terms, and shall not&nbsp. create any other substantive right to assert claims under California law, whether under statute, common law, or otherwise. This section is only intended to specify the use of California law to interpret these Terms.
