Governing Law<p>These terms of service shall be exclusively governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia without regard to its conflict of laws rules, and any dispute arising from it shall be exclusively brought to the courts of the Belgrade district.</p> <p>Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
