However, the Contractor shall be entitled to transfer the contract to a company affiliated with the Contractor under group law without the consent of the Client. Unless otherwise agreed, the legal provisions applicable between entrepreneurs shall be governed exclusively by Austrian law, even if the order is executed abroad.
