<p>En caso de que el Usuario publique fotografías o cualquier otro contenido a través del canal habilitado para ello en el Portal, el Usuario cede a Eltiempo.es y a las empresas del grupo Pelmorex Corp., los derechos de explotación de uso, reproducción, distribución, comunicación pública y transformación sobre todos los contenidos originales que desarrolle y facilite a Eltiempo.es.</p> <p>Todas estas cesiones se producen de forma gratuita, incluida la facultad de transferirlos, a su vez, total o parcialmente a terceros.
