Governing Law and Jurisdiction. <p>All matters arising out of or relating to these Terms and the contractual relationship are governed by and construed in accordance with German law without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule that would cause the application of the law of any jurisdiction – including international jurisdiction - other than German law. Place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship is our registered office in Gunzenhausen, Germany. However, we are entitled in all cases to take legal action at your place of business.
