You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Whirlpool and the Affiliated Entities against all claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of: (1) your use of, or activities in connection with, the Platform (including all User Content). and (2) any violation or alleged violation of this Agreement by you.</p>
