<p>If you are a United States resident, in addition to <strong>Article 8 above, “Binding Arbitration / Class Waiver,” </strong>these TOS are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable federal laws regardless of conflict of law provisions. If you are a resident outside the United States, you agree that all disputes between you and Rovio shall be governed by the laws of Finland, regardless of conflict of law provisions.
If you are a United States resident, in addition to Article 8 above, “Binding Arbitration / Class Waiver,” these terms of service are governed by the laws of the State of California but if you are a resident outside the United States, these terms of service are governed by the laws of the Finland.
