You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates against any losses, liabilities, claims, causes of action, and expenses (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorney’s fees and costs of investigation, whether before or after assertion of a formal claim, and reasonable litigation expenses) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, your User Postings, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.</p>
