Depending on how you use Shopify, you may have the right to request access to, correct, amend, delete
I'm not entirely sure if this actually fits the case. Shopify uses the word "may" instead of "can" or "have the right to", meaning that depending on your case, you might not be able to actually edit your data.
If this is deemed to fit the case, even while not guaranteeing the users rights, please set this to changes requested. There are other cases in the same paragraph that are similar in their use of "may" instead of a guarantee, and I'm more likely to notice a "changes requested" over an "approved". If this doesn't fit the case, then a decline is fine.
CHANGES REQUESTED
To let users understand this right is not guaranteed, you could change the title to "You may have the right to request access, correction and/or deletion of your data". Anyway, often services apply some restrictions to this right, so I'd say this case fits well.
