If any provision of these Terms of Use is, for any reason, held to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, you and the Company agree that the rest of the Terms of Use will remain in full force and effect, the provision in question may be replaced by the lawful provision that most nearly embodies the original intention of the parties, and that these Terms of Use shall in any event otherwise remain valid and enforceable.
