Bad, but a little good: Hulu has a binding arbitration clause that waives
class actions. But, they will pay all arbitration fees except AAA filing
fee, and they will pay a prevailing consumer's attorneys fees. Hulu will
not collect attorneys fees from the plaintiff if Hulu prevails.
Nearly everything else in their terms is pretty neutral.
