To the maximum extent permitted by law, Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the University and OMx, their affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, costs and expenses, including legal fees and disbursements, incurred by the University and OMx arising out of Users’ use of the Platform and the Service, including but not limited to Users’ violations of any term of the Agreement.</p>
