Battle.net since this ToS covers Diablo and Starcraft), as the consumer not
having the right to leave the service. This is not true.
Here is the Current Terms of Service
Here is an excerpt from this ToS.
*ACCOUNT SUSPENSION/CANCELATION.* BLIZZARD MAY SUSPEND, TERMINATE, MODIFY,
> OR DELETE ACCOUNTS AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON OR FOR NO REASON, WITH OR
> WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU. Accounts terminated by Blizzard for any type of
> abuse, including without limitation a violation of these TOU, a
> reason. For purposes of explanation and not limitation, most account
> suspensions, terminations and/or deletions are the result of violations of
> policy. *You may cancel the Account registered to you at any time by
> requesting that your personal information be removed from the Account, as
> .* Blizzard may stop offering and/or supporting the Service at any time.
This clearly contradicts what we currently have listed.
Also we should mention the fact that Blizzard can terminate your account at
