Unsubscribe features also give users the control to permanently remove their email address from all lists used by Publisher. Because Publisher only sends emails when you have agreed to receive emails from Publisher or you have agreed to receive emails from third-parties, statutes requiring certain formatting for unsolicited email are not applicable to email messages sent by Publisher.
