All disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the use of the Site or Services shall be finally settled under the Rules of Arbitration (“<strong>Rules</strong>”) of the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR) by one arbitrator (“<strong>Arbitrator</strong>”) appointed in accordance with said Rules.
