In the course of opening a Zeta Joint Card and Joint Account, we may collect information that can be used to identify you, such as your name, social security number, date of birth, home address, email address, and phone number. If any traditional identifier you provide at enrollment is mistaken or otherwise unverifiable, Zeta may collect your correct Personal Information from an identity service and ask you to verify it.
