From time to time, as part of the PRPP activities, Kroger may elect to conduct sweepstakes, some of which may be open for entry only to Members and other which may be open to the general public (each, a “<strong>Sweepstakes</strong>”). Points may also be redeemable for entries in each Sweepstakes that may be offered from time to time as part of the PRPP activities.
