You and iFunny agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in relation to this Agreement or the applicability, breach, termination, validity, enforcement, or interpretation thereof, or to the purchase of or use of In-App Purchases purchased through the Services, will be settled by binding individual arbitration.
