<p>You shall be responsible for the cost of repair for damage to, or necessary cleaning of, vehicles and property resulting from use of the Services under your Account in excess of normal "wear and tear" damages and necessary cleaning ("Repair or Cleaning"). In the event that a Repair or Cleaning request is verified by Uber in Uber's reasonable discretion, Uber reserves the right to facilitate payment for the reasonable cost of such Repair or Cleaning using your payment method designated in your Account.
[Bad] You are responsible for the cost of repair for damage to, or cleaning of, Third Party Provider vehicles and property resulting from your use of the Services under your Account in excess of normal "wear and tear". If such Repair or Cleaning request is verified by Uber at their reasonable discretion, Uber reserves the right to facilitate payment using your Account and are non-refundable. But Uber doesn't outline what would constitute more than normal wear and tear and what wouldn’t. Their vagueness about this makes it seem like they can charge you for non-specified damages and without proof.
