Should any provisions of the T&amp;Cs turn out to be inapplicable for any reason whatsoever, such as due to an applicable statute or regulation, the Parties shall remain bound by the other provisions of the T&amp;Cs and shall endeavour to remedy the inapplicable clauses in the spirit that prevailed upon formation of the contract between them.</p>
