Taboola may terminate or suspend Advertiser’s access to or use of the Service or terminate this Agreement at any time if: (a) in the sole discretion of Taboola, such action is necessary to prevent errors or harm to any system or network, or to limit Taboola’s or its affiliates’ liability.
