Provider reserves the right at any time and without prior notice to User to change the Network's hours of operation or to limit User's access to the Network in order to perform repairs, make modifications or in accordance with Provider's business practices. Provider may add or withdraw products or services to or from the Network from time to time and will post the price of using the Network on the Provider web site.</li> </ul>
