Right to Modify the System. ATSI reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without incurring any liability to Client, to change, enhance and otherwise modify the specifications for, and formulations and methods of provision of, the System and the Services, provided that such alterations will not materially reduce the functionality of the same. ATSI further reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to create new products and/or services based upon or incorporating the System, the Services or elements thereof.</li>
