Service License – Subject to the terms of this Agreement, 2FAS grants Users a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, and non-transferable license to access and use the Services which are made available to Users.</li> <li>Modifications – 2FAS reserves the right to modify Services at any time, provided the modifications do not materially diminish the functionality of a Fee based Services that may be provided by 2FAS and all 2FAS Services continue to comply with the Service Level Agreement found in Section 14. You have the right to cancel your Service if we make a material modification to the Services or Service Level Agreement.
