Readdle may, at its option, obtain the right to continued use of the Service, substitute other equivalent service, or modify the Service so it is no longer infringing, or, if none of the foregoing remedies are commercially feasible in Readdle's sole discretion, terminate Subscriber's right to the allegedly infringing Service and refund to Subscriber a pro rata portion of the amount which Subscriber has paid for such Service.
