These AUP Guidelines and your use of the Service will be interpreted, governed and construed by the laws of England and Wales, except for its conflicts of laws principles, unless otherwise agreed in a separate written agreement with Instructure or as required by a mandatory law of a competent jurisdiction and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
