Qualified has the right but not the obligation to monitor Customer Content and Customer’s use of the Services to determine compliance with the terms of this Agreement. Nevertheless, Qualified may monitor or review Customer Content as it chooses. Qualified reserves the right to remove, terminate access to, reject, restrict, or revise content that it deems inappropriate or otherwise objectionable for any reason whatsoever at any time, without prior notice and in Qualified’s sole discretion, in the event a User is found or reasonably believed by Qualified to be infringing on a copyright or otherwise in violation of this Agreement.
