ACG reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, remove, block, refuse to post, modify, or take other action with respect to User Content as ACG deems appropriate, including but not limited to, where ACG believes that User Content is in violation of these Terms.&nbsp. You are solely responsible for creating backup copies of User Content at your sole expense.&nbsp.
