In addition to any other suspension rights set forth in these Terms, Company has the right to suspend access to all or any part of the Service, Platform or an Account, including removing Publisher Content, at any time, and for any period of time, for: (i) violation or suspected violation of these Terms, (ii) legal or judicial obligations (iii) bandwidth usage by Publisher or its Users of the Service or functionality to be significantly excessive in relation to other Service users, or to protect the integrity, operability, and security of the Service, effective immediately, with or without notice.
