If EasyEDA finds or receives a report from others that you have failed to comply with any of terms of this Agreement, or if activities occur on your account which, in our sole discretion, would or might cause damage to or impair the Services or infringe or violate any third party rights, or violate any applicable laws or regulations, EasyEDA shall have the right to disable your user account without notice at any time, to delete and shield relevant content, to suspend or terminate your use of the corresponding EasyEDA account or all of the Services and to investigate legal responsibility and take other measures. </p> <p>
