Prodigy may terminate or suspend your access to the Services or your account at any time, without prior notice or liability, if you violate any term or condition of this Agreement, if your account is inactive for a period of time, or for any other reason, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your account, including progress and any upgrades or features obtained or purchased in any Prodigy game.
