This Agreement may be terminated by fuboTV, at any time, in fuboTV’s sole discretion: (a) immediately upon any breach by You of this Agreement, including a failure to pay any required Fees, with or without notice to You of such breach. or (b) at any time during any Trial Subscription, for any reason or no reason, upon notice to You. You may terminate this Agreement at any time upon notice to fuboTV or by deleting Your Account as may be permitted through the Platform.&nbsp;</li> <li> <strong>b. Effect</strong>. Termination of this Agreement will terminate all of Your Accounts on the Platform (whether a Trial Subscription, Monthly Paid Subscription or Annual Paid Subscription). Upon termination or expiration of this Agreement for any reason: (a) fuboTV may terminate all access to or use of Your Accounts.
