MOYMER</b> may restrict, suspend or terminate your access to the Service and/or this Agreement if we reasonably believe or suspect you have acted inappropriately on the Service or you are in breach of these Terms of Service or applicable law, or for any other reason without notice or liability. Additionally, <b>MOYMER</b> may terminate or limit use or access privileges to the Service of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights and third party rights. Please note that deleting your User Content or uninstalling the <b>Service</b> does not terminate this Agreement or cancel your account. You may terminate this Agreement and cancel your account at any time, via the functionality offered in the app or by contacting us at <b>help@moymer.com</b>. This Agreement is effective until terminated by you, or by <b>MOYMER</b> for any reason, with or without notice.
