You agree that any termination of your access to the Service under any provision of this Agreement may be affected without prior notice and acknowledge and agree that 4thewords may, for any reason, and without a refund to you of any Fees, immediately deactivate or terminate your Account and any or all User Content, information and files in your Account and/or bar any further access to such files or the Service.
