https://groups.google.com/forum/#!msg/tosdr/5CHi_qYV8BY/xOWpzpeRUjAJ That's standard. No service I know of requires hard evidence that a user is in breach of the Terms of Service. If they did, service providers would basically have to take users to court in order to terminate their accounts. That'd be an unsustainably heavy burden. Generally, online services are private companies, and it's okay for them to state that they can deny service to anyone they think is being disruptive.

https://groups.google.com/forum/#!msg/tosdr/5CHi_qYV8BY/FNAym8FrIpwJ The wording suggests that hard evidence is not required in order to
terminate an account:
If we believe, in our sole discretion, that you are in breach of this
> Agreement or are acting inconsistently with the letter or spirit of this
> Agreement, we may limit, suspend or terminate your access to our Website.
Am I misinterpreting this?
