H&Co reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at its sole discretion. H&Co reserves the right to suspend your account for any reason at any time.<br> <br> <strong>Survival.</strong> Terms that by their nature survive termination shall survive the termination of this Agreement.<br> <br> <strong>Assignment.</strong> We may assign this contract at any time to any parent, subsidiary, or any affiliated company, or as part of the sale to, merger with, or other transfer of our company.
