In addition to any other rights to suspend or terminate an Account in the Terms of Use, we may terminate your right to access and use the ScholarshipOwl Service immediately, with or without notice, and without liability (i) if we suspect a breach of the Terms of Use or violation of applicable law, (ii) if we are threatened with a legal claim, including for intellectual property infringement, related to the ScholarshipOwl Service, or (iii) if we determine that the use of the ScholarshipOwl Service by you or our provision of the ScholarshipOwl Service has become impractical or unfeasible for any reason. If you or we cancel or terminate your use of the ScholarshipOwl Service, then: (i) we shall immediately terminate your access to the Service, including removing your entry from any scholarship sweepstakes in which you are enrolled as of the date of termination, (ii) all fees and Taxes that you are obliged to pay us, up to the effective date of termination, will be charged at the end of the then-current billing period, (iii) there will be no refund of any amount already paid by you as of the effective date of termination, including any amount in respect of the period following the effective date of termination, and (iv) we will maintain your Content for a period of time in our discretion in accordance with our Privacy Policy. </p> <p>
