In addition to any other remedies that may be available to us, Asana reserves the right to take any remedial action it deems necessary, including immediately suspending or terminating your account or your access to the Service or Websites, upon notice and without liability for Asana should you fail to abide by the rules in this Section 5 or if, in Asana’s sole discretion, such action is necessary to prevent disruption of the Service or Websites for other users.
